Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management Consultant

Reviewing and evaluating business processes and procedures related to Oracle Fusion application software, as well as identifying and documenting users’ needs with the corresponding functionalities to ensure that these systems operate at their most efficient levels, deep knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM applications, and the ability to provide technical and functional expertise to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Gathering required information that supports identifying requirements documents, communicating with relevant departments, and evaluating their business processes.
• Assisting in prioritizing the applications and digital solutions needs as requirements by comparing them to their strategic and operational importance, costs, and deployment process.
• Review, evaluate, and participate in planning upgrades with relevant business processes, and understand the issues reported to provide their expertise from a functional standpoint, and deliver solutions as per business processes.
• Analyzing Issues, Bugs, and support in identifying and detailing the specifications needed for process enhancement.
• Preparing all documents, user manual, and analysis documents for any new customization or reports creation and delivering it to the development team, user training of the ERP application
• Cooperation with the related parties.
• Performing any other duties related to the job as assigned by the direct supervisor.
• Follow the change control and incident management processes in operational areas.
• Adopt proactive communication between the Vendors and Leejam.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent combination of education.
• Minimum of (3-6) years of relevant experience.
• Strong understanding of Oracle HCM Reporting and Compliance in Oracle Fusion.
• Experience in configuring Oracle HCM modules samples such as (Global HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits Management, Compensation, Absence Management, Workforce Management).
• Conduct functional setups and configurations in Oracle Fusion HCM to meet business requirements.
• Experience in multiple full-cycle Oracle Fusion implementations, including requirement gathering, system configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Expertise in designing and implementing Oracle HCM systems that adhere to best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge in customizing workflows, user roles, and security within Oracle Fusion.
• Knowledge of OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence), BI Publisher, and other reporting tools within Oracle.
